Jessie Hanson is writer, producer, and comedienne, trying to bring joy and skill to a world in confinement!
I met Jessie when we were cast as teammates on a developmental improv team at Bovine Metropolis in 2011. She’s a terrific performer in standup and cabaret, and she has really blossomed as a producer; she is the local impresario behind Peer Review, a standup show where all the standups have day jobs as scientists! Oh yeah, she’s a scientist, too… as a bonus, she lives in my neighborhood, so we collaborate on a vegetable garden. She’s WAAAAAAYYY too into tomatoes. Other than that, though, she’s damn near perfect. — Nick
